Established in 1992, Zhangqiu Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd, is located in the famous ˇ°China Forging Townˇ±---Zhangqiu County, it covers an area of 100,000©OŁ¬and building area 60,000 ©O. With working staff over 600, among them, 40 are technicians and 15 are engineers. Our fixed asset is 20 million USD, annual production is 50,000MT.
Our co***ny has two forging and machining factories, one finish machining plant, one grinding ball factory, one hook group mill, one transformer tank and ball grinder manufacture base.
Forging equipment include: 8T/5T/3T free forging hammer, 5T die forging hammer, 3.5m ring roller machine, 1000T/1600T/4000T/8000T friction press, 1T/2T/3T drop board hammer. That are able to produce 8T(max) free forging parts, 4m(max) ring forging, and 800kg(max) die forging parts.
Machining equipment include: plan lathe, 2.5m/4m vertical lathe, miller, driller, planer more than 150 sets. Also include finish machining equipment: CNC gear shaper 15 sets, Fanuc vertical and horizontal machining center over 40 sets, CNC lathes above 40 sets.
Heat treatment include: well-type, chamber stove, and nitriding furnaces over 50 sets, capable of doing thermal refining as normalizing, quenching, tempering, modulation. We have our own physical and chemical lab that is recognized by nation, portable spectrometer(imported form German), optical microscope, UT flaw ***ector and magnetic crack ***ectors, hardness testers are all well equipped. Mechanical property test, -60ˇć low temperature test, metallograph, electronic infrared thermometer and hardness test are all available here.
Our co***ny possesses the Product Quality Certificate awarded by the Quality Inspection Supervision Center of National Hoisting and Conveying Machinery of China, and are qualified to produce 160T Class S and below, 200T Class T and below lifting hook group. Big transformer oil tank, ball grinding mill are also included in our product list.
